Autopack is a symbolic name for all equipment where not the individual eggs, but the eggs in trays or consumerpacks are handled. This type of equipment is not standard in many cases, but very often implemented in tailor made constructions exactly meeting your requirements. Within Moba with have a dedicated team of specialists fit to configure transport and packing solutions upon your personal specifications. The elements shown below are the units that will seamlessly integrate with your other egg grading or packing equipment:

	Traystacker Attached to a packinglane of a farmpacker or egg grading machine, this unit saves labour by creating stacks of trays for you without manual interference.
	Traypalletiser A system that can be attached after a farmpacker or grader equipped with a traystacker, in order to place stacks of trays automatically on pallets. Several configurations are possible, even with 2 outputs so that you can remove one full pallet at your convenience while the next is being stacked on the other position.
	Casepacker CP 10 A straight forward labour saver; a super compact unit of 2 independent high speed case packers that can be installed directly after a pair of packing lanes. 2 individual casepackers in one compact frame, each packing 25.000 eggs/hour.
	Casepacker CP 12 A straight forward labour saver; a super compact unit of 2 independent high speed case packers that can be installed directly after a pair of packing lanes. 2 individual casepackers in one compact frame, each packing 25.000 eggs/hour.
	Casepacker CP 30 Most versatile casepacker. If equipped with a pattern formation unit, almost all thinkable patterns of consumerpacks can be configured and put in cases or crates layer by layer. Easy to change robot-heads and a simple, windows based graphic user program ensure full flexibility at speeds over 40.000 eggs/hour.
	Display Loader DL 10 The Moba DL 10 completes the range in automatic packing. With several types of case packers Moba created a range of equipment to automate the processes behind the packing lanes of egg grading machines for filling of crates and cases. For filling DISPLAYS (also called Display pallets or "Düsseldorfers") there was no solution, until now. This gap in automation is about to be completed by the Autopack systems of Moba.
	Case Palletiser Robot If cases are filled by Casepackers, the last step is to place the cases or crates on pallets in order to ship the eggs. This product series is able to do this fully automatically with configurations from 2 up to 15 pallet positions.
	Easy lift A semi automatic system for easy unloading or loading stacks of trays. With this tool even the smallest person can easily handle up to 4 stacks of trays in one single manipulation.
