Moba Robotics
Special attention was given to Moba Robotics, a complete series of Robot solutions for the egg industry. The system was explained by a demo Robot carrying an information screen. For more details about the Moba Robotics, click here or view our demo movies below:

New Farmpacker
Much interest was shown for our other innovation, a 150 cases per hour farmpacker. For some years there is a requirement for farmpacker capacities over 100 cases per hour. All solutions that appeared on the market until now, did not offer the egg handling standard that Moba pursues.

A new technological breakthrough avoids all technical limitations and offers perfect egg handling at 150 cases per hour. The new farmpacker is based on a 6 eggs parallel packer concept, without the need for waiting for the 6th egg. Thanks to this concept the machine will pack eggs in a continuous movement. The forward speed of the eggs will match exactly the constant speed of the tray.

On the show a working concept was shown in a very compact way. Accumulator and packer modules can be taken out for external high pressure cleaning. For more details please click here or view the movie of the prototype below.
